Jasmine Brown died after her motorcycle was hit by a vehicle driven by Melinda Dillon, authorities said.
What we know:Troopers said Dillon told investigators she had been drinking at a party in Ocala before getting behind the wheel. Breath tests later showed blood-alcohol levels of 0.09 and 0.08, according to authorities.
